  If you want a stress free rental, DO NOT RENT FROM PRUDENTIAL! My son went for 3 1/2 months without heat! This was Oct 2013 - mid Jan 2014. They supplied MANY space heaters (real safe), but the temp was into the teens for several days at a time! This was the biggest repair needed, but there were many more. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau of NM and they didn't even respond. I reported them to the home office, but since they are a franchise, they really couldn't do anything. So, RUN don't walk away from this company! Look for another landlord!

  I want to caution anyone looking to rent or buy to steer clear of these people. I had a horrible experience in the year that I rented through them. Any time something went wrong with the plumbing I was charged for it, it cost so much to heat the house I had to choose blankets over the heater, and I had a very long list of things wrong with the rental which was left mostly unattended to. Spiders were a huge problem in the home because windows and doors wouldn't close properly or didn't have a good seal, the issues were never fixed - winter was the only thing that kept the spiders away. Their customer service is terrible as well - I was constantly being snapped at when I would bring up issues with the home they didn't want to fix. Once I came home to find a window broken and they refused to do anything about it. When ever I spoke with them I was constantly being interrupted and the blonde lady in charge had the worst attitude of all. Upon moving out the blonde lady and maintenance man actually threw out a bunch of my stuff, claiming they thought I had moved out - I had to threaten to sue them and then things they said had been thrown away (over a week before) miraculously began appearing. They threw out nearly $2,800 worth of my personal things and then I got treated as if I had done something wrong. When I tried to resolve the issue peaceably I was ignored and bullied, it wasn't until I threatened to sue that I was finally compensated - though there are things they tossed that money can't replace. I would never recommend these people to anyone - even if they have a property available that is cheaper then others pass it by, these people are not worth the headache.

  Went to see some properties from them to rent and Nikki was very friendly and helpful. I am very happy with the house I'm renting.

  PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! Nikki Dill is the worst at being a landlord. There only in it for the money and make you pay for everything wrong for the house once you rent but they repair so cheap even my grandmas 1930's house has better paint that does peel or chip right away. In order to get help asap you have to keep calling them which takes about 3 weeks or more. When being late once for rent they call you the next day before I even got a chance to call first to let them know. I even came home to a broken window and I had to pay for it. They took half of my deposit because three very high lights weren't cleaned. I would not recommend to anyone for a less big head ache choose a different realty. Do not rent from them!!!!!
