- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very, Very Disappointed. Our Lender ordered our house appraisal through this company and they really screwed it up. First they lost the initial order. Second She compared the house we are buy to similar houses in a completely different city, 20 miles away. Not only did we have to pay for the initial appraisal of $400, we also had to pay another $375 for her mistake to get a field review done. It has been 5 weeks and we still dont have a field review. We were told there was nothing we could do about it. If we wanted the house we would have to pay.By Alexander Price, June 30, 2017
